I’ve always been someone to whom colleagues, friends, and family turned for help thinking through challenges. Once I realized that I have a passion for bringing people back to their own strengths and abilities, I spent a year deep in study and practice at the Fielding Graduate University studying Evidence Based Coaching. Through this, I’m better able to mindfully and skillfully support more people.
The truth is, everyone could use a coach sometimes–someone equipped to listen, hold space, and draw us out of a rut in our thinking. Together, we look at the life you want and the world that your beliefs, language, and habits currently enable.
Through the evidence-based theories and practices in mindfulness, ontology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more, we can expand your awareness around your choices and your needs. From there, a connection to self deepens and your confidence and resilience strengthens.
