I help people with personal leadership, self-awareness, boundary work, and mindful goal development and achievement. This often takes the form of career planning, adapting to a new promotion, identifying and effectively applying your strengths, managing life and relationship transitions – and so much more.

We will partner to explore your choices and experiences, helping you connect more deeply with yourself and act with clear intent toward your goals.

I focus on your strengths and use visual tools and metaphors to manage tough feelings, uncover hidden beliefs, interrupt negative self-talk, and build self-trust.

If you're struggling to make the most of a transition, or if you want to feel more fulfilled in your work and life, contact me for a consultation.

About me

My areas of expertise are deeply rooted in the challenges and experiences I have encountered. My personal journey spans psychology, business, and the arts, where I have conducted extensive study, adapted my approach, and developed effective tools that I find beneficial.

Prior to embarking on my coaching journey, I dedicated two decades to building a career that’s spanned various industries and audiences. However, despite achieving professional success, I consistently experienced a profound sense of personal dissatisfaction. Through introspective self-reflection and extensive professional exploration, I came to the realization that my true fulfillment lies in empowering and enabling others to effectively manage and enjoy their lives.

As a coach, I have had the privilege of working with both recent college graduates and tenured executives. I have collaborated with leaders who struggled to articulate their vision and guided them in developing intentional and well-thought-out plans for success. I have assisted clients in identifying, exploring, and overcoming familiar obstacles that hinder their pursuit of their goals. And I have facilitated opportunities for clients to recognize and address areas where they expend excessive energy while still falling short of their objectives.

As an associate coach certified by the International Coaching Federation, I focus on helping clients leverage their strengths and abilities. Each individual possesses the expertise to guide their own lives, and I am here to assist others in identifying the insights and experiences that shape their aspirations and challenges.

Since completing the professional development coaching sessions with Kathryn, I have a better understanding of the role that I play. I am now confident in approaching staff about important matters. I am no longer afraid to create boundaries and speak up for myself if those boundaries have been violated. I have become more organized, which allows me to be efficient, and helpful to my supervisor and my team.

Kathryn’s words and kindness were like rocket fuel to get me out of the fog of self-doubt.
— Diana
In just our first session, Kathryn provided an insight that changed what I saw as “the goal” and removed a major mental obstacle. She gave metaphors that helped me visualize the ideas she was offering — a primary reason why I so clearly remember and can touch back on many of the insights she gave. I found her ability to listen and understand what I was saying to be remarkable. Our talks also led me to delve into issues of self-perception, how to overcome my own negative self-talk, and be more resilient and courageous. I recommend her services to anyone who is searching for a way to surface their authentic self and pursue new personal goals. She truly helped me set off on a promising path feeling confident that I had what it would take to follow it on my own.
